Net Cage Product Description

1. High Intensity:Crafted from marine-grade HDPE pipes, our cages boast high strength and toughness, coupled with exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and aging, ensuring longevity and durability.
2. Strongly Resistant to Storms:Engineered to withstand nature's fury, our cages exhibit robust wind resistance, enduring typhoons up to a maximum of grade 12, wave resistance of up to 7 meters, and current resistance of up to 1.2 meters per second.
3. Long Service Life:Built to last, our cage frames are designed for longevity, offering a remarkable service life of over 15 years.
4. Wide Range of Applications:Versatile and adaptable, our cages can be deployed in water depths ranging from -6 meters to 50 meters, catering to diverse aquaculture needs.
5. Aquaculture Capacity:Spacious and accommodating, these cages provide abundant living and growing space for fish.

Key Configurations

1. Frame System: Utilizing HDPE tubular products and proprietary connection methods, our frames boast impressive resistance to large waves, with all pipes undergoing anti
-UV and antioxidant treatments, guaranteeing a service life of at least 15 years.

2. Net System: Employing internationally advanced garment knitting technology, our nets are treated with an
anti-adhesion process, ensuring their effectiveness and extending their life under normal conditions
to more than 6 months.

3. Mooring System: Robust anchoring with anchor piles, timber piles, and cement concrete piles, designed to minimize
the impact of storm waves even in harsh environments.
