Qihang Fish Cage is made from HDPE tubular product and cage fitting, using foreign imported special-cage purpose polyethylene raw material. This kind of tubular product has good strength and tenacity. Using unique structure design by our company, the frame will have the ability to resist stormy waves, meanwhile all frame materials go through the ultraviolet rays aging resist and seawater corrosive resist process, and the service life is over 15 years. According to customer demand the circumference from 30m to 160m, net depth from 5m to 30m. Effective farming up to 30,000 m3.
PET deep-water netting is a hexagonal shape mesh made of rigid and very strong polyester threads. It has a stable structure, is not easy to break and has good stability. Therefore, the deep-sea cage is not easy to deform and fracture, which greatly improves the wind resistance.
PET deep-water netting has a smooth surface without fiber, non water absorption, which can inhibit the growth of algae, greatly reduce the attachment of the netting, greatly reduce the resistance of water flow, improve the oxygen content of the cage, and improve the quality of fish. The attachments of the nettings are reduced, saving a lot of labor costs for cleaning the net, and also saving time.
Net system uses the Nylon, or PE, or UHMW-PE netting produced by the internationally advanced knitting. The net system has high intensity, good safety, long service life.
