Qihang Fish Cage is made from HDPE tubular product and cage fitting, using foreign imported special-cage purpose polyethylene raw material. This kind of tubular product has good strength and tenacity. Using unique structure design by our company, the frame will have the ability to resist stormy waves, meanwhile all frame materials go through the ultraviolet rays aging resist and seawater corrosive resist process, and the service life is over 15 years. According to customer demand the circumference from 30m to 160m, net depth from 5m to 30m. Effective farming up to 30,000 m3.
Our company introduces BATTENFELD and KRAUSSMAFFEI low temperature high speed whole extrusion tubing production lines, which are of internationally advanced level. Raw material imported from SABIC.
· Frame system: HDPE tubular products, using the connect methods designed by our company, the frame will have the ability to resist big weaves, all pipes go through anti-UV and antioxidant process, service life at least 15 years.
· Net system: Internationally advanced garment knitting technology, net can be dealt with anti-adhension process, ensuring under normal conditions, the validity can extend more than 6 months.
· Mooring system: Anchor pile, timber pile, cement concrete pile, minimize the impact of storm waves in harsh environment.
Suitable place in the semi-open area or less influenced by seasonal typoons aquaculture waters. According to customer demand the circumference from 40m to 120m, net depth from 6m to 30m, effective farming area up to 30000m3.

Qihang fishing cages provides system design service. With more than 10 year exprience, we're able to design any special fish farms according to your requirements
2. Training service:
Qihang fishing cages provides installation training on project site.Also if you can come to our factory, we can provide the training in factory. The training service is free.
3. Installation service :
Qihang fishing cages provides all technical documents for installation, Also we can provides technicians for installation guide, customer need to pay for the traveling cost and accommodation locally. Meantime we have many long-term cooperative overseas fish farms, the on-site installation service is available.
4. Warranty:
Qihang fishing cages guarantee the service life of cage frame is at least 15 years.
