Net Cage Product Description

1. High Intensity:Crafted from marine-special HDPE pipe, our material boasts high strength and toughness, alongside exceptional corrosion resistance, anti-oxidant, and anti-aging properties.
2. Strongly Resistant to Storm:Featuring formidable wind resistance, it can withstand typhoon conditions up to 12 grade. It also resists waves reaching 7 meters and currents up to 1.2m/s.
3. Long Service Life:Built to endure, the cage frame promises over 15 years of reliable service.
4. Wide Range:It offers versatile applications, ideal for deployment in water depths ranging from -6 meters to a substantial 50 meters.
5. Aquaculture Capacity:The cage provides expansive living and growing spaces for aquaculture.

Key Configurations

1. Frame system: Utilizing HDPE tubular products, our proprietary connection methods endow the frame with the resilience to withstand significant waves, all pipes are treated with anti-UV and antioxidant processes ensuring at least 15 years of service life.

2. Net system: Employing internationally renowned garment knitting technology, our nets undergo an anti-adhesion treatment, extending their validity under normal conditions to over 6 months.
 

3. Mooring system: Equipped with anchor piles, timber piles, and cement concrete piles to significantly lessen the impact of storm waves even in the most challenging environments.
